Provost & Pritchard worked with Paramount Farming Company to perform water quality and supply analysis of a 14,000-acre ranch in Madera County and developed a master plan of conveyance system improvements. A survey control network was established and topographic surveys were performed. Tree arrays were established and proposed irrigation systems were staked to facilitate conversion from row crop land to orchard crops irrigated with micro-irrigation systems. The project included re-alignment of existing canals and design of new canals and pipeline conveyance systems, as well as design of groundwater recharge areas and new groundwater wells. Provost & Pritchard processed a number of lot line adjustments to correspond to orchard and ranch blocks.
