




Working as an integral part of the project entitlement and design team, Provost & Pritchard has been involved with nearly every aspect of this 1,150-acre master planned development in Fresno County. Provost & Pritchard’s involvement began with support toward preparing the project EIR and NEPA documents, along with mapping and information for consultation and permit processing with several federal agencies. In addition, a Water Supply Assessment was prepared for Fresno County Waterworks District No.18, which will be the purveyor of potable water for the project. The WSA was also used as a technical document for the project EIR. As part of the project’s Specific Plan application, Provost & Pritchard prepared an Infrastructure Master Plan that includes conceptual design of the project’s water, wastewater, storm drainage, circulation and dry utilities systems. Technical guidance/review has been provided for the preparation of the Traffic Impact Study and other county required documents. Surveying services have included boundary survey, topographic map and record of survey map.
